What We Offer

1 Hour of Ground

The ground session is split into two 30 minute sessions to get to know what your goals are and what you want out of aviation. This time is also used to brief and debrief your flight and for you to get to know our Certified Flight Instructors!

1 Hour of Flight

Our Discovery Flights are tailored to optimize the hour spent in the air for each prospective student. Whether you are are just starting off or joining us with a bit of experience, this is the best way to get to know us!

1 Sweet, Sweet Price

We have maximized the value of these discovery flights to make it as accessible as possible. As of January 1st, 2025, our discovery flights run at a flat rate of $200.

General Information

Who is Eligible?

Discovery Flights are aimed for those who are interested in pursuing flight training anywhere. Regardless of where you choose, Piston2Jet is honored to have been considered!

We take anyone who is over the age of 15 for Discovery Flights. This is so we optimize your time and ensure you are able to start and continue your training without waiting for FAA mandated age requirements.

What to Bring

All you need to bring is a government issued photo ID.

If you already have a logbook, headset, iPad, or other items that may be used for the flight lesson be sure to bring that as well. However, it is not required for your Discovery Flight.

Be sure to bring your phone or a camera to take pictures if you want them!
