Our Flight Training Fleet
A training fleet to match the demands of a fast-paced industry.

Flight Training Aircraft
We operate, and strive to acquire, only the finest examples of the types of aircraft we offer to our clientele. Each aircraft we operate has been cared for meticulously with the safety of our clients as our priority. We do this by maintaining our aircraft in-house with minimal third-party outsourcing giving us a high degree of quality control and accountability. The selection of aircraft that we provide for rental and flight instruction represent an overwhelming majority of the general aviation market giving you the ability to fly a simple "no frills" airplane or an advanced "hard IFR" equipped flying machine. Our fleet will grow and shrink over time due to aircraft availability in the market and not all aircraft are accepted into our fleet due to our high quality control standards.

All rentals include fuel when refueling is done at Manassas (HEF). If the aircraft does not require additional fuel to return to HEF, your rental is considered wet, and fuel is included in the price. For extended rentals that require refueling away from HEF, your rental is considered dry, and you’ll be responsible for the cost of any off-site fuel needed to return to HEF.

Our basic instructional rate for ground and flight instruction is $80 per hour in our aircraft. Instruction in your personally owned or company owned aircraft starts at $90 per hour for flight and ground (additional requirements are involved). Advanced training and and related program pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis. Pricing is subject to change with the most up-to-date pricing information available by contacting our customer service department.
